On Saturday, 14th September 2024, the AUSMD hosted its inaugural virtual Cousin's Coffee conversation. Participants were guided by David Baker through a series of engaging questions, including introductions and connections to their Mayflower ancestors, the journey of their families to Australia, and their current locations. Each attendee shared their unique stories, fostering a sense of community and connection. Additionally, the conversation included a discussion on various tolls available for recording family histories, enriching the participants' understanding of their heritage. The event also welcomed the newest member to the society, marking a memorable and significant occasion for the group.
